We run a children's bootcamp on a Tuesday 5:00-6:00pm in Crowle inside at Windsor Park, Godnow Road.
Well this is ours.
By ours I mean mine and a very special client.
This is client A (56) who attends bootcamp 1 night a week. The photos are taken 1 year apart. Attending bootcamp has helped to change her attitude to exercise and supported a positive mindset on life. As a smoker and non exerciser, she relied heavily on her inhaler: now client A barely needs to use her inhaler and is working on giving up smoking. Healthy mind and healthy body!
Attending bootcamp and receiving personal inspiration from the coach and support and encouragement from the other participants has really helped her to focus on her lifestyle. It has influenced a change towards eating and exercise completely.
